What size am I?

D'Original always recommends buying the usual size you use, your standard size. However, here's a sneaker size calculator so you can compare with other brands or to put your foot length in centimeters (heel to toe), always keeping in mind that they are approximate values.

 

I received my D'Original sneakers and they aren't my size. What should I do?

It's simple, you can write to contacto@doriginal.es telling us your order and the new size you want. We will answer you by mail to tell you a shipping address to send the sneakers (you can send them by the company or method that you prefer, as these costs will be your charge) or we will provide you a different option if you ask. Once we have received the shoes we will proceed to send you the new size, without any charge, if it is the first change of size in this pair of shoes and if the product was not promoted or discounted. You can only change the size, not the sneaker model.

 

What kind of soles the sneakers have?

Our sneakers have injected TR rubber soles, to obtain a strong adherence to the ground, wear resistance and comfort tread.

 

Do I need to be registered?

It's not necessary, you can make an order as a guest, nevertheless we recommend you to be registered to save your order history.

 

Is there any differents between women or men?

All our sneakers are unisex.


How long will the shipping and delivery take?

5-7 business days to Europe


Can I eliminate a product in my order?

You can eliminate any product from your basket any time you want as long as you haven't completed your order.
